The villa is located on a hill, just 4 km from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from the airport. The property is south facing and has fantastic panoramic sea views to Playa den Bossa, Cap des Falco, Salinas and even to Formentera.
The property is 8000 m2 and the villa consists of 550 m2 of living space.

A large proportion of the property is landscaped to a very high standard with vast lawn areas; these areas need regular maintenance. There is a gardener working 6 days a week.
Any resulting damages denied will be charged to the tenant's account.
In the amazing 10 m. x 10 m. pool is no chlorine used; The water preparation system is based on salt (no salty taste to the water and especially good for eyes, skin and hair).
There is a pool service that maintains the pool twice a week if necessary, they usually come early in the morning and therefore no inconvenience to the customer.
Included in the rent is a female staff member, who is very professional.
She is responsible for cleaning the house and doing the laundry.
(Private laundry must be paid extra). She works 8 hours a day, 6 days a week and the client chooses her day off.
